Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Receipts are provided after each session and may be eligible for reimbursement through your extended health benefits. Please check with your insurance provider regarding coverage for Registered Social Worker (RSW) services.
Payment
Payment is due following each session and is accepted via Credit Card or E-transfer. (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Visa Debit and Debit Mastercard)
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to the full session fee.
Insurance Coverage
As a Registered Social Worker (RSW), my services may be covered under many extended health benefit plans.
Coverage varies depending on your insurance provider and plan. Please contact your insurer to confirm whether counselling services provided by a Registered Social Worker are eligible for reimbursement.
A receipt will be provided after each session payment for insurance purposes.
Virtual Counselling
All counselling sessions are conducted through a secure virtual platform, allowing you to access support from wherever you feel most comfortable and have a private, confidential space.
